Autumn Newsletter 2025
Welcome back and happy autumn! We hope you’re enjoying the cooler mornings and nights. We just wanted to jump on and provide you with a few clinic updates for the autumn period.
Sophie got married!
Sophie and Adam got married at the end of March and we want to thank you for all of the support and congratulations over this period! You can see some more pictures, head over to our instagram! Bookings have been a little bit limited around this time and we appreciate your patience and organisation with booking ahead.
We’re having a few weeks off
This leads us into our next point… we are taking a few weeks off for our honeymoon! This means the clinic will be closed from the 14th of April until the 11th of May.
Our online booking system is open at all times, so feel free to book ahead for when we get back. We have been working hard to set you all up over this time, with lots of recommendations/referrals to other practitioners to ensure you’re supported whilst we are away.
Some of our favourite recommendations are:
Our friends over at Extend Studio in Prospect - for excellent physio treatment, including management of pregnancy and postnatal conditions
Remedial massage with John Smith at Good Physio in Glenelg - we send a lot of people to see him as he’s just that good!
If you have any questions before we go, please feel free to send us an email and we will get back to you before we leave.
Increased Clinic Hours!
Once we return in May, we are excited to announce that we will be increasing our clinic hours! We know that after hours appointments are often booked out, so we are adding another night on a Thursday to fit in those in that work 9-5pm.
We have been in contact with those on waitlists for our after hours appointments already, however feel free to jump online and see what’s left over if you’ve been hanging out for a late appointment.
Our opening hours are:
Mondays: 8am - 3pm
Tuesdays: 1pm - 7pm
Wednesdays: closed
Thursdays: 1pm - 7pm
Fridays: 7.30am - 3pm
Weekends: closed
New Blog Post: Achilles Tendinopathy - A real pain in the heel!
Achilles tendinopathy is a common presentation we see in the clinic here at Sunny Side Physio.
The Achilles is a very strong and robust band of tissue that connects your calf muscle to the heel of your foot. Whilst we mainly see this condition occur in young, active people or middle aged (especially around menopause) – it can happen to anyone!

Would you like a free coffee at Summertown Studio?
All you have to do is refer a friend (or family) to Sunny Side Physio, and your next coffee is on us!
Make sure they write down your name on their New Patient Form when it asks how they heard about us and your free coffee card will be either posted to you or given at your next appointment!
That's all from us for now! If you've gotten this far, thank you for reading - we really appreciate your support! If you need an appointment, please feel free to book online here!
We look forward to seeing you soon!
