    Baby Friendly Clinic

We are a completely baby friendly physio clinic! Bring your little ones along — no judgment, no hassle. We understand that life (or motherhood) doesn’t stop for appointments, and we've created a space that’s welcoming for you and your family.

Bring in whatever you may need; snacks, your pram or capsule, a blanket for the floor, a bouncer, an iPad or your phone to watch a movie! Whatever works for you will work for us! And if it’s just not their day, you are welcome to hold or feed your baby whilst getting treatment too!

  • Postnatal Check Up

Once your baby is six weeks old (or anytime after this) we can performa Postnatal Check Up for you.

In this appointment, we will discuss your birth and recovery so far, check your separation and pelvic floor (externally), go through deep core activation and give you some exercises to do at home.

If time permits, we also like to squeeze in some treatment so you walk out feeling like a new human! Babies are absolutely welcome in this session (and highly encouraged).

    Return to Exercise

Are you looking for guidance when it comes to returning to exercise? We can help! Whether it’s running, pilates, yoga or even just walking - if you are unsure what advice to follow, let us guide you through this time!

How does it work bringing my baby?

  • Before we start, we will often ask some questions about your pregnancy journey so far, your due date, whether you know the gender, what model of care you have chosen and whether there have been any complications so far that we need to be aware of!

  • Next we will do some basic testing to determine what is causing your pain. This may include simple range of movement exercises, standing on one leg or demonstrating activities that usually cause you pain.

  • We use specialised pregnancy pillows to allow you to safely lie on your tummy and receive treatment!

  • At the end, we will email you a treatment plan, which highlights all of the important things we chatted about during our session (so you don’t have to remember anything we say!).

We also offer to write a letter to your OB or midwife and keep them in the loop! This is completely optional!
