    Physiotherapy for Runners

    If you’ve got a running injury, we’ve got you covered! As runners ourselves, we just get it! We won’t tell you to stop running (unless absolutely necessary) and we see running injuries all the time, so they’re our jam!


    We use hands-on treatment (such as dry needling, massage, trigger point therapy and cupping) to reduce your pain, inflammation and tightness. We then give you running specific strengthening exercises to prevent your pain from coming back week after week.

    Running Assessments

    To support our running community, we offer comprehensive Running Assessments. This involves an in-depth assessment of your body, identifying any weakness and imbalances that may be contributing to your pain or impacting your running efficiency. You don’t need to have an injury to get one of these done! Prevention is key.

    You will come away with a detailed summary of our findings from the assessment and a plan going forwards. The session goes for 45 minutes and private health rebates apply, so you will only need to pay the gap on the day!
